Well, nice theory but the problem within America "today" was started by the Europeans back then who purchased the slaves and imported them here. They're the ones who started this whole thing (and this was after they ripped off the American Indians who are the "true" Americans in my eyes).
Were the blacks mistreated? Why of course they were. Do i owe them anything today? Most definately not! If they want equality (which they most certainly get), then i don't see why we need "special" programs just for them. Thats called "reverse discrimination". They have "black history month", well good for them. All i'm saying is if the "white" man had holidays, TV channels, books, magazines, beauty pagents, and the like named after "White", you'd have a riot on your hands with Al Sharpton leading the way.
Now, according to two people here, i'm a "self centered racist" with my beliefs. Oh well, i guess i'll have to live the rest of my life being a "self centered racist" because thats my beliefs and i'm not changing it to please anyone.

Can't you see Arkan...? The reason they have their own outlets, magazines etc. Is because they were excluded from white people's things. White people pretended they were invisible. That is why, if you were to have white magazines, etc, you'd be throwing the dirt right in their faces.

Segregation was only 40 years ago. It's not that easy to just throw away a business, ridding hundreds of peoples jobs.....That is why those magazines, etc, exist. For a lot of them, the people that foundered them are still alive and running them.
