maybe someone here and help me, every now and then when my pc is running i hear a grinding sound does anyone have any idea what that could be and how to fix it.

just my 1st guess. The plates or your HD grinding together. I would DEF look into getting a new HD stat, because that is the sign of impending failure.

dying fans seem to make grinding noises, but it could be alot of things. i would check the hd's though, and then just inspect every fan by unplugging it - run computer - see if sound is still being made.

It should be fine, but I don't like Antec PSUs. Check out Enermax, Seasonic, PCP&C, or OCZ.
