i just walked around a bit and stuff then i went back and the doors were open to the strip club(thats if you found the strip club in the first place

Follow the sound of the music, if you spawn near the music, just walk around that building to the front.

i got into strip bar, mess around in one building that has offices.(well i think it opened strip bar that way)
