Use your flare key just before hitting the ground. Also, if you can come down straight on the street and then start moving forward so that you "hit the ground running" so to speak.

For some reason they didn't support Vista 64 bit with this game so it runs like shite for me.

Runs fine here on vista 64 =/

Really? Hmm... I dunno why, when I run it my character jumps and stutters, almost like lagging in MP play, but everything and everyone else is moving fine, just my character stutters like a moron whenever I move.

You by any chance got a joypad joystick connected? Some people also have had simialr issues which were fixed by unpluging the keyboard\mouse and plugging them back in when the demo was running.

No joypad or anything. I've got a wireless USB mouse if that counts for anything?

Yeah, i had that problem. My character was constantly spinning left like a retarded dog chasing its tail.

Unplugging the joystick fixed it

Start the dmeo, unhook it then plug it back in, might help might not.

I'll give it a try and tell you how it goes.

Reinstalled it, gave it another try, still runs like shit.
