WEE! I finally got a good name, set my video to all low, becuase I honestly don't give a shit, and me and my 6 man squad fucking pwned the hell out of the MEC. We got a good pilot to hover just a touch obove the ground while 1 guy on the heli mg and a sniper in the heli shot the shit out of the MEC in the base while me(assault) and two other guys (medics) took the base jumped in a buggy while the heli followed behind us for cover and took the 2 bases closest to the MEC HQ.

Good shit, alot of teamwork.

PS: There is a large hotel like building with a pool thats full of water and there was an MEC sniper on the top and I took a lucky shot with my grenade launcher I watched his ragdoll ass spin down from the roof into the pool.

Whenever I'm gunning in choppers there's usually a bunch of guys on that roof. Last time I had one trying to take me down with his rifle.

Is it just my imagination or do the individual shots on the M4 do more damage than the bursts on the M16? I guess it's probably that shitty "no recoil but weapon spread" in action but it seems like I can pump 3 bursts into a guy and he'll live to kill me.

I dropped into the mec main base and had some fun sitting at the spawn, got the same guy 5 or 6 times on the trot with single shots from the m4. This game badly needs splash damage for the missiles, this right up their cornhole crap is bs. cuss:

I've had similar experiences with the rockets. Bad enough they're semi-auto. Funny that a 20mm AD system does more damage and has a larger splash radius than 70mm rockets or whatever size they are.

Im running an mx420. I really doubt its going to work above 5fps but Im willing to try. I also have a 1.7 celeron oOo: but I am running 768mb of ram so well see what happens. If I can get anywhere near 24fps Ill be happy and play it for a bit.

we have nearly the same setup. I only have slightly more processor power than you... and dude, it won't even start up. just cancel your download now and invest in a new card

Improvments could be:


1. Heli's need to turn quicker, be more agile in the air. Their turning circle is stupidly large.

2. Splash damage on missiles.

3. Zoom options for the sniper, similar to farcry, scroll mouse wheel up for more magnification. Makes sense seeing the map scales are pretty large.

4. Jets, oOo: I don't see the point of them, only really useful for taking out helo's and other jets. Pretty useless in controlling a map seeing as the majority of fighting is on the ground, and by the time infantry are visible on the ground you've overshot them.

The Jets are retarted because you start flying and you are at the end of the map.

Yeah they need their speed turned down soemwhat, if their regular speed was toned down and their afterburner speed was more akin to thier regular flying speed they have now they might make more sense.


Best tkill ive ever seen in this demo was some tard on the aircraft carrier, somehow managed to flip a cobra chopper on its side and go skidding along the deck killing about 6 people who had just spawned. eek:

you guys whinge too much! I think i've got my settings just right, 2x AA on and doesn't impact anything, getting bout 40 solid fps on 64 server, bout 30 in mega battles. Can't wait for new maps, sizes, chinese, 64 player squad filled war-zones.

Ok....lol, I know my system is SUPER weak...but, besides LOW, and 800x600...what settings can I change to make the game look better and still run good? I mean, I know I have to ultimately be the one to modify them and get them how I need em...but any suggestions on what to change/use? Here are sys specs.

eh I figured if I spent 45 minutes downloading it and then 5 installing it might as well try to run it. needless to say the screen went black. I held my breath. Then the screen flickered and a I saw something, something about how my computer sucks, then it went to desktop and I just finished uninstalling bf2. Ill buy a new system after I get a shitload of money this summer.
