Someone just told me about this documentary. Basically a film maker left a bunch of cameras on the Golden gate Bridge in San Fransisco. He ended up with footage of people committing suicide.

Watch the trailer, its kinda creepy... cry:

Hey guys, I need help finding a song. Should be very easy to find, but for some reason I don't know the name of the song (nor the artist, nor the lyrics for that matter). The song was pretty famous several years ago.

It sounds very similar to Tool - Sober[/url:0685d], especially the chorus part. The lead up to the chorus sounds kind of like the Chris Benoit theme (Our Lady Peace - Whatever), which is why I all of sudden remembered the song. The artist who sings the song sounds like the usually Godsmack/APC type band.

The only semblance of lyrics I know is of the chorus, which seems like it goes HEEEEEYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY MAAANNNNNNNNNNNN, AAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSS ONNNNEE. Those lyrics are obviously wrong, but it sounds something like that (just refer to the chorus of the Tool song if not helpful). Thanks.

Just wanted to post this...Remember George the terrier who died defending those children, well he was awarded 2 medals. It brought a smile to my face tonight

George, the nine-year-old Jack Russell terrier who defended a group of children from being attacked from two pitbulls, will receive a posthumous medal for bravery from the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
The award will be the second for George, after American Jerrell Hudman said he was sending his Purple Heart medal awarded during from the Vietnam War to New Zealand to honour the bravery of the terrier.

The recognition comes after two pitbulls rushed at five children walking to a dairy in the Taranaki town of Manaia, last month.
The children, accompanied by George, were threatened by the pitbulls which were aiming for a four-year-old boy.

George was later put down because of his injuries and the pitbulls which attacked George were destroyed.

"George was a very brave little dog, who almost certainly prevented severe injury, if not death, to at least one of the children."

Final salute to George from myself. Hero dog.

Tripper 07-05-2007 06:50 PM

manaia?....George would have saved the whole town then cos theres like one street in manaia, its tiny lulz

oh trips, you mentioned about there being no WW1 games, heres a new one:

Chemistry - 'To End All Wars'
Game creators have drawn on wars of every kind and period for material, but World War One has generally been passed over--and for good reason. After all, how do you make a game anywhere near the reality of The Great War--soldiers wading in two feet of mud for months on end, only to be randomly gassed or shelled from above, and finally made to charge toward the barrel of a machinegun and a sudden death--into something fun?
The UK team of publisher Ghostlight and development studio Chemistry is taking the challenge with To End All Wars, a first person shooter set in Europe during the four year conflict. Using the Unreal Engine 3 to deliver what Ghostlight calls "mud strewn horror," To End All Wars is planned for an Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 release during the summer of 2008.

Hope its decent...
