Who is this guy?? ^^^ biggrin:

What about, VON RYAN'S EXPRESS! Yay! That movie is fun....And if we are talking about TV series/minis.....Hogan's Heroes VS Band Of Brothers.....OoOOoo! Its a TOUGHIE!

CyberNautOFX 10-18-2002 11:25 PM

All of the ones you asked sucked except Band of Brothers. SPR was too inaccurate although the acting was the best. I haven't seen the longest day yet but I plan on ordering the movie online. The two best WW2 movies I have seen are A Bridge Too Far and To Hell and Back with Lt. Audie Murphy. That movie is sweet because Audie Murphy plays himself, and...um...abecuase I said so! mad: It's based off of his story of his experience in WW2. Catch it on TV, it's awesome.

DJBUCKSHOT 10-18-2002 11:36 PM

Nah, me has to go along with Saving Private Ryan... although the story line is shot to pieces, it really does give you somesort of taste as to what it might have been like in the war.

As for band of brothers, its not a movie :P

The new movie is crap.
Romance set aside they even screwed up teh war parts. A fighter pilot being transferred to bombers, come on be serious.[/quote:86eb7]

Well said...Its a travesty most dont know about Tora Tora Tora! I have that on dvd, man it is 100 times better than that jerry bruckheimer holywoodized garbage pearl harbor.
