I dont think he editted the shot. I have seen that before on ASE on a server we used to run. It was is a stock configuration. It means nothing as far as I can tell.

1) Notice the black cloud up where the title bar of the ASE should be. Only macs display graphics in such ways.

2) Look @ the buttons in the top-right corner. Mac buttons.

but uh... notice how funny it gets http://icb.newhq.com , the second screen shot says 1001 cheats enabled. Well one, uh.. that doesn't happen.

Now Notice they have there server highlighted in both of the screen shots on there page. which uh suggests that there server has the cheats enabled, they just made fools of themselves.
