Ok just as I thought Im jumping the gun. Nobody brought anything to the TS server, it was all in the ingame chat. Nobody is being banned and I dont even feel the need to ask any of the participants for their side. My bad for posting this before I fully knew what had happened.

While were on the subject though, as Joe pointed out you really got to mess up bad for me to go through the lengthy process of banning an IP. It can be done but its a pain in the friggin ass which is why I keep saying if you find your self banned consider it permament.
