1) be an asshat, get your name banned
2) be a moron, registering a new name that's obvious to all
3) start crap again with new obvious name

at least some people would be smart enough to change their name after they got banned. what did you think, it was an accident? the admin's finger slipped and poor little serial got banned, if he just makes another name they will welcome him back!
