Did you use the scratcher for the words?

That's a font, actually. I think it's called something like "Cheap Ink Killed my Printer.ttf" or something.

O, well i tried using the scratcher in PSP and its really weird.

My favorite fonts are Graffiti fonts.

Neither one of those is particularly "watery", but #2 is kinda kewl regardless.
