is that with the demo patch?[/quote:24223]

I played the demo when someone posted the link last week, it wasn't that bad. Graphics were OK, but laggy.
When I downloaded from hmmm *cough* Gayspy I got it pretty quickly. Yea Gothic just set your mouse sen almost all the way to the left and you should be fine, thats what I did and it moved great.
Another thing I like about the game is they have medics, radiomen blah blah blah all that good stuff, not in demo but u can see there is option to choose that. The sound effects werent bad either, dont like the death cine though but overally pretty good so far.[/quote:5393f] You sig looks more like you need to take a good shit and have nowhere to go.... |
i got the full working game....(arrr matey) i think it is a very good game. i dont have any mouse sensitivity probs, the jungle maps are amazing....the enviroments are huge. you can actually get lost in this game which is a new experience for me heh. playing in vietcong mode rocks, no crosshair no anything expcept your weapons. i like the classes too, you can be a radio man and call in air strikes, or an engineer and set booby traps. the single player is outstanding too. 2 thumbs up biggrin:

I took one look at the fan site forum and decided against it for now... according to them it seems the game suffers from tons of bugs and exploits, even more so than MoH did.
I'll check back from time to time to see if these are fixed, but I'll leave it until they are. Some of them sound horrific (No bush textures on certain cards and settings - big advantage in a jungle... Able to hack skins to make yourself look like the enemy to the enemy - Map exploits... the list goes on). |
I like Vietcong. biggrin:

This game has everything MOHAA should have had. Prone, iron sights, medics, radiomen etc etc.
Great game |
The game is fun and the mp is friendly to my 56k modem but some of the sp missions are soo pointless and boring like the tunnel missions and in the mission where you are in the swamp it is literally to dark to see anything and I couldn't use my flashlight
|
I love the game...just having a problem finding MP servers that are below 175 ping.Must not be to many Easy Coast servers out there. But from what I have played MP it is awsome.Single Player is also excellent..

And the swamp levels..Since they representing aswamp in a dense jungle light does not penetrate very well so it is going to be very dark and you wont be able to see very far in front of you.Again makes it more intense and interesting to play.
|
heh, coop is fun, I really laced into charlie.
