joe couldn't do anything if he wanted. all he can do is lock posts, administrators are the only ones who can change the settings.

I agree with everyone. Anyway, why the heck did you even talk the edit button down? I guess I came here a little late, so I don't know. I want it back; I have double posted several times... to fix my previous post...
