If you really wanted it to look a NCO from the 2nd SS Division (Das Reich), I would put a Waffen SS Officer's Belt Buckle on him. Also the SS symbols go on the right side, and it's not a "Iron Cross" that goes under the neck it's the "Knights Cross". The cuff title should be moved up the sleeve more.

the right lepel patch is this from the 13th ss reg i liked it so you get it lol

Oh added the correct epelet ranks for teh guy ae well but won't post that as is not that obvious till you spectate the skin.
