your getting there. Try a a light blue. with high saturation, and a lil high light.
The make the line like a lightning bolt... freak:

the lightening is abit chubby...

That mini tut that Arch gave us was good but I got stuck once I got to the "now make it a light blue color" part....can you clear it up a bit for me? Thanks biggrin:

A light blue color. I'm refering to a light blue color.

When you go to Colors---->Adjust---->Hue/Saturation/Lightness.

Choose this color:

Hue: 215
Saturation: 79
Lightness: -2

Click ok.
