i have no idea how to save it as a gif when i do what i want in image ready

You have to optimize the animation, then "Save Optimized as".

To convert a small part of a movie is pretty simple, well more technical than animation but it looks a lot cooler and doesn't require creativity.

I just open the movie in VirtualDub, press Home where I want the selection to start, press End to stop the selection. Then add a resize filter, change the colour depth to 16-bot and export. Then use GIF Construction Set Professional and go to Move to GIF, open the avi, delete any useless frames, supercompress it and save. I've done two now :D

Howdy, those two animations put you way over the limit for sig sizes. Man, what is it about keeping TOTAL sig size under 100K that people have a hard time understanding?

Cameltoe, I asked you before to remove that animation in your sig too. the fucking thing is 400K+. If you don't remove it, it will be removed for you.

NiteSnipe 04-21-2003 04:44 AM

ah who cares, ban the 56Kers! the thing loaded in less than a second for me.

Zoner 04-21-2003 04:45 AM

Who asked you?

NiteSnipe 04-21-2003 04:46 AM

Who did you ask?
