Well im not a big "Muscle Head" but
i am training training to run a mile in under 5 mins (keep in mind i am only 13) so far my fastest was about 5 mins 43 secs and boy did i feel sore the next morning... and almost fainted when i finished And ever since then my obliques have gotten alot tighter my WHOLE body got alot tighter so just run fast and far (I know 1 mile aint far) |

THen again I aintg one of those skinny little twig boys who thinks running is the IN thing. Hell, 5 minutes is slacking in a track meet. Most guys run it in about 4:10-4:30. Take my word, I was on the track team this year, and I sucked so I'm sticking to baseball and football next year. |
