Actually with that mod you get every weapon except for the german stg44 and the mp44.
weapons include:

hi-silenced pistol
m1 garand
mauser k98
sniper mauser k98
springfield 1903 sniper rifle

bar
panzerschrek
shotgun
frag grenade
stick grenade

i was just expected the pistol and shotgun, but when i installed it and typed "wuss" to get all weapons, i really got all weapons! awesome mod!!!
