m1 garand is for peeps who think they are good and superior to smg players, sure it does require more skill but all it is is a 8 round smg a true rifle player is embarassed to be even SEEN with an m1, mauser, lee or nagant are the only way to go. P.S , im a lee player[/quote:f4354]

I don't really think you can really say that about an M1. I always find it very interesting how a skilled M1 soldier can kill a man in 1 or 2 shots and in many cases it takes a full clip of ammo for a skilled soldier to kill with a Thompson. It's also just a question of realism, in WWII only the selected few in a unit used SMG's and most people used the M1. In AA or SH almost everyone uses a Thompson. most people I've seen play online rely to heavy on the [see enemy hold firing button and hope the bullets hit the enemy method.][/quote:f4354]

A full clip of ammo to kill with a Thompson? For a skilled soldier?
No no no.. a couple of rounds is more like it..

A full clip of ammo is what Newbies have to use to kill someone.

i like m1's

m1 garand

if realism is on, the m1 is the way to go. its not the most powerful, but if you aim where it counts it doesnt matter now does it? if there is not realism, i would say the nagant cause that bastid has some kick, but i like the lee cause it has 10 shots. but i would have to go with the m1, cause i play realism all the time anyway
