Anti, if you don't mind me asking, how did you blend the 3D shapes with Photoshop? That 2nd pic looks like a mix of both, if I'm not mistaken. What I mean is how did you put the PS work in with the 3DSM work?
Odds are, you save yer 3DMax image as a jpg, then just open it in Photoshop. Then, you just blend and blend 'till yer heart's content.
I didnt know you could save a 3D studio file as an image, unless he just took a screenshot.
I dunno if you can either...never used it.
I know that another 3D app I used to use (Bryce) had an Export feature that allowed you to export the 3D work as an image. P'raps it has the same functionality. |
go to render, then render... an options screen will come up. dont really change anything besides the size and change viewport to perspective (its near the bottom). next, flip ur model around so that what ur seeing in the perspective viewpoint, is the image that will be saved. when u got it right, render the image. ull see it come up on a seperate screen (oo its pretty). save it as a .png file, when u do a little option will come up asking some shit on how u want it saved as. click grayscale 8 bit. this will save ur render on a transparent backround, making it easy for photoshop. jus topen the .png in photoshop (derr) and away we go
