Well most of SH maps were created by a modder and then adapted BY EA.
Gewitter - THunder Stadt - Small City. etc you should be able to most of them as a custom map already the only exception would be versnith (no idea how to spell that) its a single player map from AA and Brest which is a single player map from SH. BTW as to spearhead sucking I disagree with you. AA has just as many bugs as SH Its just that most people have played it so long they dont notice them anymore. The main thing to me in what makes a good game is whether you have fun playing it. If you dont move on to another game. |

i converted a SH map a few months ago with scorps bsp converter. it was the first sp mission from the game, and i wanted to see how they did the skybox in that map and the aa fire in the background. every face on the models got converted to one brush tho, and theres hundreds of trees in that map = hundreds of thousands of brushes, just for the trees.
and even if that screenshot is from SH, its obvious its at least been loaded into mohr. theres brushes missing and textures changed, and the path in all the screenshots is totally different. the only way any of those can be changed is in mohr, or when the bsp gets converted to a .map |

Well I am trying to clean Brest up a bit so that it may look nice and so that it is playable. It is now, but it is very sloppy after being converted. The converter I use, converts 1:4 ratio on brushes. So yes there is a BIG mess and yes it is a BIG task, but I am willing to work on it a bit. I am involved with school at the present time and I will be working on it on and off, but I will get it done. Peace out guys! -Sniped |
