Schalss was banned when the rules were different and before we decided to start again fresh. That applies to Blitz and anyone else.

And we won't be banning people for being "annoying". Personal preference would dictate that and almost everyone here annoys me at least once every now and then (except a few).

If Blitz breaks the rules enough to warrant it, he will be eventually banned just like anyone else. Until then, he stays.
