I would give it a 5/5 - the only thing I didnt like about it was that it mainly showed the American soldiers dying. In the movie the americans would be blasting down a street with 50 somalians in it and not even hit one, or two?

I remember when that happened. They showed it on CNN. It was horrible to watch , they dragged the guy down the road. And then every 15 mins they would show it again just to make sure it stayed in your head.

I thought the film was exelent. I was perticularly impressed that the Delta guys were in it. The pentigon has been denighing there existance for too long. Nice to see someone had the connections to get the uniforms right.

My favorite guy was the D-boy whos helo was the first to get shot down, and the rangers were working their way over and this guy was getting hit and still killing off all the attackers. Either him or Randy, that movie mad me be damn proud to be an American.

Pilla was shot in the head... taking most of it off, having most of his brain matter go all of over best friend in the back. It was not in his neck... because in the book I remember it saying it hit his forehead and it literally took off his head, and they couldn't identify or recognize him.
