Who gives a damn about the headscarves, it is their right to wear them & I fully support that, but I'm more concerned about the rate of immigration.
Is France to become a muslim country? eek: |
Invasion of Freedom, France is a crap hole.

I think we've got some hypocrites here.
I'm sure that in the French Charter of Rights and Freedoms, just like in Canada and the US and Australia and NZ and Britain and every other civilized nation in the world, it says somewhere ar ule about the right to religion. Now if I wanted to, I would like to believe that I could wear a huge ass sombrero with a framed 8X10 picture of jesus hanging from it. If they want to get rid of this stuff in school, you can't say its ok for you to wear a cross, but its not ok for you to wear a head dress or whatever. If they want it out of schools, they either say nothing religious is allowed in schools, or anything is allowed. I went to Catholic schools all my life so praying and crosses and such wern't that big of a problem. But i'll be darned if someone is going to tell me not to wear one thing while allow someone else to wear something similar. Either ban it all, and give a good reason for, or shut up. And VAC and others sound like they've got some racial issues. |
[quote="General Cobra":7c1d8]I have conflicting views on this.
1. Who gives a shit if someone wheres a rag on their head. 2. I hate muslims. 3. I hate france. [/quote:7c1d8] You're the kind of person that would have hated Jews in the 1930s and 40s.....Fucking follower. annoy: I totally agree with Misc (Insert pic of hammer hitting nail). |
Some of you don't understand, it's not what they are wearing but what the article represents. This is basically a reaction to the anti-muslim sentiment spanning the world. Whether you like it or not, seems like it's going to be passed. It's only for public schools too

Frankly, I don't give a shit what they do in France, as long as they keep sending their women over here! biggrin:
|
well, from what I've read and heard about Europe, if they don't pass this law, they may as well start converting to Islam,
we may very well see a Muslim Europe pretty soon unless things change (mainly immigration laws) |

This sort of backlash is happening right across Europe, Hollland, Belgium and France in particular, perhaps some of you guys should go live there for a while so you can better understand the issues. |

germans hate the turks too

I may like individuals from france but as a whole I dont like france. I have a valid reason. They dont like us. A girl I know just got back from france after being there for 5 months. they kept telling her how much they hated America and how much we sucked

And if you go to Amercia you hear about how much they don't like France, etc. As for this issue, I don't care what they wear. As long as they don't pray in school. But to not allow chirstans to wear crosses/pray, and to allow muslins to wear their headscarfs is unfair. I agree with miscguy 100% |
