I think it was a part of Remagen Bridge Battle mission.

Looks like the buildings in the missing bridge level.

If you do it manually--do this:
1. In the OPTIONS section

2. Put a X in Console box

3. Exit to the MAP Room

4. Hit: shift + ~

5. Console pops up

6. At prompt: >

7. type MAPLIST

8. See all the maps

9. clik on the one you want

10. It will start

You can also use any other commands.

Try this: SET LOGFILE 1

type: CMDLIST
