always regreted that i didn't learn how to play an instrument well... i say go for it, you can always sell it if you dont like it....

Computer/car stuff would give instant gratification, the piano would obviously
require the investment of much time as well as cash...if you took up guitar and left if, well... only you know how much you want it. I'd say get a 2nd hand keyboard & a little amp and have some jam sessions with friends to make it fun, sell em off if you don't keep it up like bukdez said. |

I had piano lessons for a while, about a year. I was pretty decent at it, but not at an age where I really appreciated it. I'd rather do it on my own terms. Having already taken lessons, I'd buy a few books and just do it myself. I had a friend that was really, really good at it and it just impressed the hell out of me whenever I heard him play.

i always liked the piano ... if i had the cash i would try to grab a "real" piano and not a keyboard.

You should, it would be fun for you. I took the piano, did not learn much, but after taking guitar I would like to play it now.

I heard that there is this guy who can play the piano with his penis. I bet he gets all the ladies.
