lake ontario is a lake of sewage. If you want a good beach, goto Wasaga beach, off of Georgian Bay. rock:

It really depends on what you are looking for.....

If it's to be a familly thing then I suggest Seaside. It was an experimental artists collony between Panama City and Destin. They have 5 star restraunts , Coblestone roads , and an open Ampatheatre (sp? ) just to name a few things. Most awsome town I have ever seen.

The beaches through the whole area are pristine and blue. And the population is fairly small. They filmed the Truman Show there because of the architecture and the overall style of the town.

If you are looking for a " good time " then just drive on to Pensacola. Make sure you stop and have dinner at McGuires. Especially if you like Irish music.

lol sweet dude. That's right near me. I live in Cape Coral which is right near Fort Myers,Sanibel and Naples.

Did you like Sanibel Judas? We got gators all over the godamn place here. There's about a 6 or 7ft one that swims around the canal in my backyard, it's kinda cool in fact.

[quote="Airborne Butters":b5a32]Don't come here. I'll fucking shat my pants if I see another fucker doing 35 in a 50 gazing at the fact that we have palm tree's!

I dunno, I'd say Ft Lauderdale is nice that's where the party place is but I don't know about a family destination. Around me ain't so bad I guess... Ft Myers beach has it's fun...[/quote:b5a32]

We already have enough old bags doing that!

I would reccomend St George Island in north Florida. I think it was rated a couple years ago as one of the top 10 beaches in the country. I would look into renting a condo on the Plantation that is on the West side of the Island.
Good luck in whatever you find.

btw. you would save about 7 to 8 hours drive time by staying in north Fla.
