i cant name the exact band, but the bands i would take a shot at are: Blind Guardian Rhapsody Symphony X (they dont sound like that reallly...but they are power metal..)[/quote:ef63d] Id put my money on Swedish Powermetal, yeah. I recognise the song, but i cant remember who made it, sorry.. |
That was pretty badass.
The music was good too. I'm normally not a fan of power metal or clean vocals, but that was pretty good. |

Soilwork, In Flames, Dark Tranquility, and SOOO many more are swedish metal bands. Only good Germna metal band was Kreator. |
I have to agree with you here.
Our punk beats the crap out of the german one aswell, tbh. DoLL, Sahara Hotnights (not pure punk, but pretty fuckin close), The Hives, The (International) Noise Conspiracy, Ebba Grön (retired, but man they ruled the punkscene in their time), Satanic Surfers (gone to softcore, with more political messages now). Ill keep posting up if you need more, but i doubt it. biggrin: |
I didnt watch the full thing, so I dont know if they showed the guys face or not but.....I bet that trick gets the ladies rolling.

Even if Vinterland and Dissection were the only black metal bands to ever come from Sweden, that statement would still be true. But then there is still Opeth, Dawn, Naglfar, Summoning, Mork Gryning, and a ton of other bands that play with such passion are ferocity that their Norwegian bretheren don't even compare. |
