she can be like a super hero or something

Not really because she inst invincible. Anything a normal human can do so can she, except she doesnt feel pain. But in reality its actually doing her more harm than good because pain is a good thing, it tells the body that something is wrong and needs to be fixed.

the not feeling pain thing has upsides and down sides, I wish I couldn't feel pain to some extent, like getting hit in the head with a baseball bat but it would be good if she could feel hot or cold
