hit the delete ey upon restart, your BIOS will look something like this. look for what I pointed to on the pic. change the first boot device to A:/ or whatever it wanted to boot from |
1. What kind of computer do you have?
2. If its not a custom one, did it come with any CDs? If so, find the CD that says "Factory Restore" or "Reinstallation CD" and put it in the cd drive and it may have intructions for you to follow. If not, reboot and hit delete before it begins loading windows to bring up the bios menu and go to the option that says "boot options" or something similar and set CD-drive as the first boot. Then save and quit and it'll load the cd, then follow the intructions that it gives you. If its a custom build, find the cd that came with your hard drive and the windows disc and follow set the cd-drive as the first boot. |
yea it came with conpaq recovery CD, I did that "restart press delete thing," i did 1.cd-rom 2. harddrive 3. floppy
restarted put recovery disk in still started to load some shit then stopped, with the A:/ |
well put the boot data on a floppy, I know you can do something like that, then boot from A:/
