What's your sound card?
If you don't know, open up your case see what the speakers/sub are connnected to. If it's part of the motherboard (like up near the usb ports, kb/mouse ports, etc) then tell me what motherboard you have. If they are connected to a card, try looking in Device Manager to see if it will tell you what sound card you have. Post it here with what operating system you use and I'll try to find your driver. |
If its straight to the motherboard, its likely youve got the AC97 shit. If not, its trickier. Do as Akuma said.

I looked into Sound in Device Manager and found Legacy Audio Drivers and SoundMAX Intergrated Digital Audio.

I got some weird error when I tried to install the Legacy Audio driver.
