I just looked it up becuase I was going to rebut you, but fuel cells and liquid hydrogen both suck.

Could you not generate the hydrogen in enviroment freindly ways...

aka Wind, Solar, Dams etc.... + I thought cold fusion was the future.. I forget about the whole thing etc, but I was reading about it awhile back..

Stackem:

What I believe is that corporation have a responsibility to it's community, citizens and country to do everything in its power to reduce the amount of emissions, reduce waste and other environmentally practices. We all know this doesn't happen. Then factor in the Government don't doing anything like putting regulations on pollution like other countries have, there is no accountability for the corporations.

that and the fact that The Big 3 have a ton of political power[/quote:6b8f5]

Absolutley.

And on the hydrogen note, if i'm not mistaken, it takes more energy to create hydrogen, than you get out. So it doesn't really make sense. It would cost a hell of a lot.

and when the Russians invade, you'll ahve to become a mountain man.

Also, here's another story.

The guy who apparently fixed the report has now signed on with Exxon Mobile.

EDIT:

on the topic of the environment, Toronto has had 23 smog alerts this year already. That is more than an entire year any year previous, and it's not even summer yet. Most of the smog is from the North Eastern US as it travels over the border north. We have to realize that environmental issues don't affect just one country. They affect us all.
