4.30 SEK Sweden Kronor = 0.550435 USD United States Dollars

Tystnad 07-16-2005 02:35 PM

Ya, and the price (per litre) is round 11.50 SEK (was yesterday atleast), its litre to gallon im havin' a hard time with. Fuck, why cant you just use the metric system?

ninty 07-16-2005 02:38 PM

Dude, if your paying $1.45/liter, let me tell you, that's a lot.

I've never paid over $0.95 Canadian /liter.

But it's always been that way for europr. Theres not a lot of oil in Britain, or in Sweden or Finland or any of those countries. It's all imported. It costs more.

If you want cheap gas prices, move to venezuela where its like $0.15/liter.

Nah, we got Norway as neighbours, with all their offshore oilrigs. But their sneaky, I tells ya. Dont trust them, I tells ya.

Anyway, I know I will be paying over $1/liter very soon. I can rember a couple years ago paying around $0.55/liter during the summer.

Anyway, get ready for more wars, and eventually a global government. See you on the other side.

Sergeant_Scrotum 07-16-2005 03:12 PM

I'm all for the metric system, its the elderly and the highway commision that aren't. I hear that people don't do as much driving over in Europe, so that might be a factor in your gas price.

Coleman 07-16-2005 04:08 PM

$2.31/gal here in eastern PA

oOo:

Cant speak for everyone, but Im pretty goddamn sure the French does the most driving in the western world. In the area I live, you HAVE to drive, since its several miles between towns and stuff, and many people live outside the towns.

Depends on the time of day

(per litre) 70 cents - 90 cents

usually mid 80s

[quote="Duke_of_Ray":80bcc]Now that we are all getting to experience high gas prices I figure it is time for another gas price thread.

This crap is getting old. I use to could put 5$ bucks in my tanks and be good for a while. Now I am paying 2.23$ a gallon on average. What are gas prices in you area? Do you think they will ever go down again? GAs prices were as low as 0.75$ a gallon just 7 years ago. I know we will never see that again, I just hope below 2 dollars again.[/quote:80bcc]

yeah i remember when 75 cents a gallon were down here
