Stevie Y > you
Class act all the way. LeClair/Amonte were no surprise. There'll be plenty of formerly overpaid old codgers who'll accept the same fate. Nolan is sooooo gone. I can't WAIT to see more of these developments and watch some games FINALLY! I'm gonna haver to install a jism protector on my TV. biggrin: |

Some of the canadian teams are looking good for next year. Edmonton has alot of there players signed with aton of cap room left.
My prediction is someone like Forsberg a power center will join Edmonton in the next month or so. |
One of the most arrogant and shitty teams in all of the NHL...as long as Detriot and the Senators are still in the NHL you can at leats be happy you're better than them...and you guys fans are morelike red wing fans, complete dicks...but at elats you aren't whiners like Sens fans...all of them need to grow up though.

I just watched a show (Philadelphia area---comcast) that had Hitchcock (Flyer's coach) and Robert Esche talking. They were discussing some new rules and how the Flyers will be affected. They both had great respect for Amonte and LeClair and said they'll totally miss them.
The new rules which I found interesting dealt with the icing. Let's say it's Flyers VS the Devils. The Flyers ice it and the faceoff is brought back to their defensive zone. The Flyers' line that iced the puck MUST stay on the ice for the faceoff while the Devils can have a line change before the faceoff. So that means the Devils rested 1st line could be up against a tired 4th line for Philly. It should make alot of interesting offensive plays. Everyone did agree on, however, that the game has been changed for the best. The changes will improve the gameplay alot and hopefully bring some new fans to the sport. |

Toronto last won it in 1967 which has only been 37 years. Toronto could win the cup 3 times in 6 years any time now. |
