Actually the plot is that these 4 kids were the roughest toughest kids that no one would adopt. so this lady adopted all 4 and raised them as a family. So they are actual brothers, not biologically but in closeness, they grew up together. When she is killed, they hunt down the killers.

ps film is taking place in Detroit, but filmed in Toronto biggrin: that tells ya something.

Marky Mark was never in New Kids On The Block. It was his brother Donnie, a.k.a, 1st Sgt Lipton.

Marky Mark was Marky Mark and The Funky Bunch who had a lil' bit more respect than New Kids, even though they were pretty shit as well.

Anyone else feel the premise of this movie seems ODDLY familiar to GTA: San Andreas? Four Brothers come together to find out who killed their mother while shooting up town and fighting against the crooked cops of the city. Sounds oddly like CJ coming up to team with Smoke, Sweet, and Ryder after Mom's died to fight against those drug dealers who f'ed up the city and Tenpenny/Pulaski.
