1. The requirements for it are being attractive (exception of some fetish sites), and able to scream and say "OH YEA" somewhat well.

2. It's easier then being in an office all day because you work a 25 minute shift just "taking it" (depends on the scene)

3. As the female role all you have to do is just sit there and scream oh yea or take a load on various body parts.

4. It pays better then most jobs they could ever hold, and with the amount of films they can do they get a lot of royalties.

5. It makes them semi-famous.

The only negative part is taking the loads in the face or swallowing said load.
