Why are you currying a response from NINTY - debate on your own kid - we know you cant but at the very least you can string a couple of insults together with a semi-coherent refute and see how it flies. It wont, due in no large part to that bulbous head atop your caveman shoulders. . .but stop dragging your knuckles for a hot second, and bang out something that resembles an intelligent refute - Or you can keep up the ad-hominem style you favor. . .no style - no substance. . .just MeatHead KnuckleDraggin. |
The only problem i have with these cards is the ease of identity fraud. The best solution to solve this is to not have any information on the card except an ID number. Once that card is swiped it calls up a centralized database where the data can be monitored. The only people that should be able to access this database are subscribed vendors.

iI'm sick of you people from canada telling us americans whats wrong with our country. we dont blast canada as much as you guys blast america, is your country that perfect? i know america isnt perfect , but we must do something right everyonce in awhile. if you dont like the way america does business thats fine , but you dont have to bitch and whine about it every fucking day.

whatever, this card is a waste of money and its just gonna make a larger bureaucracy and only helps companies that manufacture these cards. all cards can be forged, its just a matter of time. this is another bullshit attempt to make Americans feel safe from the rampant and unrelenting terror attacks we have in this country. just because none of you guys know anyone whos rights have been violated by law enforcment under the patriot act doesnt mean it doesnt happen. i know someon who has been taken into interrogation for weeks and wasnt allowed to talk to his lawyer, his wife and he wasnt given any idea when they would be released. they also spit on him and threatened him with deportation even though he became a citizen through naturalization. one day they just dumped him back on his doorstep and that was it. but who cares, if you get violated, you can just sue, right? rolleyes:
meh, these are just my opinions. |

>>whatever, this card is a waste of money and its just gonna make a larger bureaucracy and only helps companies that manufacture these cards.
Companies already make the cards we use - what would be the difference? >>all cards can be forged, its just a matter of time. If the ID check on the card scans to ensure that the card is actually in a database - it would be VERY hard to fool that no? Sure you could steal someones barcode - but you'd no doubt have to steal the barcode of someone who looked like you with the same features. As it is now - all someone needs to do to forge a card is simply create a working reprint of the card - no checks, no measures to ensure such a card was actually issued by any STATE AGENCY (I've seen some states cards that are just a flimsy piece of paper laminted). [quote:f31cb]this is another bullshit attempt to make Americans feel safe from the rampant and unrelenting terror attacks we have in this country.[/quote:f31cb] If you cant see the ability to curb identity theft, and fraud (especially against small businesses) - then you're really thinking too narrowly. [quote:f31cb]i know someon who has been taken into interrogation for weeks and wasnt allowed to talk to his lawyer, his wife and he wasnt given any idea when they would be released.[/quote:f31cb] Then he needs to file a criminal complaint against whichever agency was holding him. As it is - I SINCERELY doubt your story - no offense. |

Some of us are basically saying in our opinion if a card like this was implemented in our country, we wouldn't vote for it to happen. I just hate fucking cards and im sure when i go into places they don't need to see like 5 forms of picture ID especially when my fucking health card doens't seem to count anymore. |
