Havent had a problem with msn for as long as I can remember, and I use it almost every day..

Happens to me sometimes, usually It goes away after I restart my computer or reconnect to my ISP.

No idea why it does that though.

Click Troubleshoot and let it run through the dialog, I had the same problem and a proxy was blocking it, although I hadn't used a proxy for that or Internet Explorer as far as I know.
