because AMD is made in 3rd world countries on forced labour, its morally wrong to buy AMD chips!

They actually have one factory in CA. Intel has none in the US.

A haggis shaped cpu heatsink? ed:

For people saying intel > amd oOo:

At the moment amd is the better cpu, intels only cpu that can compete with them is the pentium m chip and it was originally designed for laptops and takes a lot of its design from the old pentium 3 coppermine chip.

Untill intel can come up with a dualcore version of that and address some of its weaknesses amd is the better cpu.

My monitor has a yellow tint on it. It has been like this for awhile. I tried tightening cords and that didn't work. Im able to like smack it a few times and it goes back to normal but minutes later it will go back.

So, I need a new monitor. I need to find a cheap monitor [under $300] that works good. Help is appreciated. beer:

depends if your you'd go for TFT or CRT.

You wont get a really good one for that price, but you could get a really decent 19" CRT monitor for the price.

Micro-Center has 19' reconditioned name brand monitors for $89.00 after a $30.00 rebate.

The RESTART Trift Shop has 17' used monitors for $25.00. Bought one for my Mom.
