I agree with TGB on this subject. If the courts would have ruled in their favor, what could stop an old fat guy from dispalying his wang to the public in order to draw attention to whatever he wants to address. Many people would have an issue with that right there. Especially families that go to parks or public places

The point is nudity should not be offensive in the first place. It is in a sense a restriction of Freedoms. What makes an old naked guy so offensive ?

Meh...i don't see why nudity needs to be allowed to protest. not like it is a good sight to see/gets a point across. Become a stripper if you wanna be naked.
