lol first thing to come in mind....but then again couldnt a school do that because I mean it is private property or state property?

i think it would depend on what type of school it is, if it's public, it's state property, but as people have said, I'm not sure it's really a crime and they wouldn't waste money on DNA testing for anything short of a severe felony.

It also takes weeks to get the results back from the DNA labs. And they would have to swab all the males in the dorm prior to testing. Too much BS but still funny

Just because they say that they will do a dna test doesn't make it fake. I'm sure they'll say what they have to, to keep from unclogging jizz in the showers.

Not to mention the cost. They would have to run electrophoresis gel tests for every single person, and then compare...
