That's the plan I'm with if anyone could help me out in figuring out why the fuck its always so slow...
Trip you download is roughly 2.8Mb and you up is a little shy of the 128 they say it is so there isn't that much of a problem from the connection
side (yes i know its not perfect) there are few reasons why it can be slow,
for example how do you connect the modem to your pc? and where do you see slowness??
