*sigh* whatever happened to taking notes with a pen and paper?

thats how we do it, we aren't allowed to bring labtops, cellphones, or any electronic devices into classrooms...and really its not that big of a deal.

honestly, taking notes by hand make it alot easier imo. A lot of professors even put up their powerpoint lectures on websites so you can download them and print them out to bring to class. Plus, it's a pain in the ass to boot up your pc before each class.

typed 70-90wpm vs. written 30wpm. when you get a prof that fires off bullshit at rapid fire typing pays off.

you obviously dont know how to take notes... you dont write down everything the guy says... you write down the main ideas and in abbreviations. If you have to type at 70wpm while taking notes, you suck at it. Last semester I had a 90mintute/day history course and only used 2 pages front and back per day.

You know what, after about 10 mins of taking notes like that juju, i want to start drooling all over my fucking desk. Than i can never remember wtf i was writting because i can never remember what the abbreviations stood for.

I should stick to killing people full time, because i wont be an engineer, thats for sure.

Nothing like studying for a test with my notes and having no idea what you wrote because you dont remember what the abbreviations meant. lol
