since ive been working out lately i drink at least 3 glasses a day.

I'd say I go through a gallon of water every 2 or 3 days. If I go fishing it usually only last me a day.

I only drink water and milk, and usually I drink over 8 glasses of water a day. Sports drinks and sodas are absolute garbage, espically during the lifting season.
