Ottawa is about as multi-cultural as it gets, but there's no one minority that more visible than the rest. Well, maybe the lebanese because they rule this city with their garlicky chicken goodness.

I don't know how it happened...ask someone in toronto where they're from if they're brown...they will say brampton.

We are multicultural...it used to be equal black and whites, then asian and brown were equal but not as much as black and white.

Well...it is a requirement for living in Canad ain the first place...though I think immigrants should be TESTED a lot more before they get to have citizenship in Canada. Basically...speak perfect english or perfect french...thats all i care about really. If I went to india and spoke english id be looked at like a weirdo.

i was told by my professor that the Canadian Immigration policy requires people to have at least a masters degree....this is legal immigration im talking about, of course...
