Over the Thanksgiving break I met a cousin of mine (not a bloodline cousin, only related because she's my uncle's wife's daughter from another marriage). She's very pretty and brought her boyfriend over for dinner. He started talking about WoW and how he thinks it's an awesome game. I know nothing about WoW, other than the fact the top level is 60, and it takes a fuckload of time to get there. I ask him what level he's at and he says, "38." I'm like, "Wow you must have been playing that game for a long time." He says, "I've only had it for 2 weeks."

I'm like WHAAAAA? Then his girlfriend chimes in, looking sorta pissed, and says, "He plays it 24/7."

I lol'd @ him. I wouldn't step near a videogame if I was dating a girl who looked like this girl does. He reminded me of that guy playing Counter-Strike who is talking to his hot (sounding) girl over the phone where she's asking him to come over to fuck him and he's like, "I have a match."

It only took me 9 days played to get my second character to 60.


But I've never turned down sex for wow. In fact my girlfriend and I have some really nasty victory sex after our guild downs a new boss. ed:

It is both a good AND bad time to get this game -

Patch 2.0 just went live and appearantly you will get everything that everyone who purchases BC will get - except Outland Content. Of course everyone playing IS going to get BC so its pretty pointless. But it IS nice to have this to play with BEFORE BC drops.

9 Days played to 60 is a LONG fucking time, IF you play an average of 10 hours or so a week. Obviously, some folks are more obsessed than that. It took me 6 months or so to reach lvl 60 - and Ive yet to level another one since then. I really have no desire to.
