Congrats Nyck, welcome to home ownership. Better get those tools ready, the bride will find shit for you to do.

Anywho, a tip from me to you. Go and secure your own lil' space in the house. Make a small room in the basement just for you to hide in. Every man needs a place to call his own. I secured the 2 car detached garage and my computer room in the basement.

yeah congrats man. Looks great. Looks brand new inside. That house here would probably go for $350 - $400 Canadian because there is a major housing shortage from all the newfies, ontarians, saskatchewanians and everyone else moving here. I long for the days of <200,000 houses. I should be moving out soon, but it's impossible to find a place to afford.

Houses over here are bumping way up in price as well, the average house costs around £120,000 which is nearer $300,000. eek:

And people ask me why i still live at home? oOo: Main reason is i dont happen to have this weeks winning lottery numbers to afford a house.

well this is right within walking distance of downtown wayne, there is food, a theatre, shops etc all within walking distance
