Yep. My sister is a store manager @ Circuit City. She was saying most of the stores nationwide are losing pretty big time.

It must be the refrigerators that Best Buy sells that is doing everybody in.

Appliances are a huge part of our sales. And our Camera, cellhpone, Home Theater and Computer depts Rape CC's.

Hows the computer dept in that store? Is it the usual store where the guys telling you whats a good pc for gaming etc havn't a fucking clue? eek:

Best Buy was trying to sell my sister a 2 gig memory card for her camera and she kept saying "no i just want the 1 gig" and the guy was being a dick and saying "but its better". other than that best buy is the shit.

Well, there goes my hopes of a CompUSA coming to my immediate area. I already have Best Buy, Circuit City, and PC Richards. Anyone remember "The Wiz"? I used to bargain my ass off with those guys and got alot of $$$ off the sticker price. I can do the same with PC Richards.

Usually sometimes the 2 gigs will be cheaper than the 1 gig because its on sale, ive explained it to a few ppl they are like "but i dont need 2 gigs" and i just walk away in amazement.



PS we opened a Best Buy in China, first international one ever. And its 4 floors tall. Fucking huge. Biggest one in the world.

bestbuy is a local company to me, the old man bought a bunch of stock back when they only had a few stores around minnesota, good buy.. it used to be just a music store
