Why would he make up a lie that is so easy to prove wrong? What with your witnesses etc...He's just gonna come out looking like the biggest fool of all. You never fully come back to a group of friends after getting caught out trying to manipulate one of them like that.

If I were in your shoes, I'd demand an explanation - If he refuses, I seriously would consider a swift and clean jab to the face. Sounds as though its one of the few times when someone truly deserves a physical stir-up to let them know they've gone to far.

Well I moved out this morning. My boss gave me and my collegue 2 hours to help me move out. So managed to shift all my stuff into my mums in the two hours.

He arrived home at 11.30pm last night, and locked himself straight into his bedroom. I had text him earlier asking when he was due to arrive home and that we needed to talk. He didnt return my text and ignored me when he arrived, so I text him telling him I was leaving. I couldnt be bothered asking for my 2 weeks rent back so I told him to keep it.

You know what, fuck that asshole. The only thing i don't agree with is forgetting the back rent. Fuck him, make him pay up and then he's out of your life. Tell the girl (like she doesn't already know) you moved out because of some people trying to ruin your character/reputation. Tell her you have more class than that (telling others you shagged her) Also, make it clear to the rest of your friends what really happened and tell them not to call you when the asshole is around.
