They had an MP skin in the first playstation game. Maybe someone with the equipment coulf extract the file and make it into a mod.

Sorry, but I really don't see the amusement in having a dog running around on 2 feet, rather than a human. Besides, it wouldn't look correct walking due to the fact that the player model dosen't walk like a dog in the first place. It would really look like a man in a dog suit.
